(R)-benzilsukcinil-KoA dehidrogenaza (EC 1.3.8.3, BbsG, (R)-benzilsukcinil-KoA:(akceptor) oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (R)-benzilsukcinil-KoA:elektron transfer flavoprotein oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (R)-2-benzilsukcinil-KoA + elektron-transfer flavoprotein (E)-2-benzilidensukcinil-KoA + redukovani elektron-transfer flavoprotein
Ovaj enzim koristi FAD kao prostetičku grupu. Ta razliku od acil-KoA dehidrogenaza, ovaj enzim manifestuje visoku supstratnu i enantiomernu specifičnost. On je visoko specifičan za (R)-benzilsukcinil-KoA, a inhibira ga (S)-benzilsukcinil-KoA.
