(2Z,6Z)-farnezil difosfat sintaza (EC 2.5.1.92, cis,cis-farnezil difosfat sintaza, Z,Z-FPP sintaza, zFPS, Z,Z-farnezil pirofosfat sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom dimetilalil-difosfat:izopentenil-difosfat cistransferaza (dodaje 2 izopentenilne jedinice).[1] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- dimetilalil difosfat + 2 izopentenil difosfat 2 difosfat + (2Z,6Z)-farnezil difosfat
Ovaj enzim je originalno izdvojen iz divljeg paradajza.
