(2R)-sulfolaktatna sulfo-lijaza (EC 4.4.1.24, Suy, SuyAB, 3-sulfolaktatna bisulfit-lijaza, sulfolaktatna sulfo-lijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (2R)-3-sulfolaktat bisulfit-lijaza (formira piruvat).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodano gvožđe(II).
