(-)-Alfa-terpineolna sintaza (EC 4.2.3.111, (-)-alpha-terpineol synthase) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira (-)-alfa-terpineol).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- geranil difosfat + H2O (-)-alfa-terpineol + difosfat
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz Vitis vinifera (grožđa).
