Pseudouridilatna sintaza (EC 4.2.1.70, pseudouridilno kiselinska sintetaza, pseudouridin monofosfatna sintetaza, 5-riboziluracil 5-fosfatna sintetaza, pseudouridilatna sintetaza, upsilonUMP sintetaza, uracilna hidrolijaza (dodaje D-riboza 5-fosfat)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom uracil hidrolijaza (dodaje D-riboza 5-fosfat, formira pseudouridin-5'-fosfat).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
