L-lizinska ciklodeaminaza (EC 4.3.1.28, rapL (gen), fkbL (gen), tubZ (gen), visC (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-lizin amonijak-lijaza (ciklizacija, formira amonijak).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-lizin L-pipekolat + NH3
Za dejstvo ovog enzma je neophodan NAD+.
