Sfinganin C4-monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.169, sfingolipidna C4-hidroksilaza, SUR2 (gen), SBH1 (gen), SBH2 (gen)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom sfinganin,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (C4-hidroksilacija).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- sfinganin + NADPH + H+ + O2 fitosfingozin + NADP+ + H2O
Ovaj enzim učestvuje u biosintezi sfingolipida kod kvasca i biljki.
