Adenozilhomocisteinaza (EC 3.3.1.1, S-adenozilhomocisteinska sintaza, S-adenozilhomocisteinska hidrolaza, adenozilhomocisteinska hidrolaza, S-adenozilhomocisteinaza, SAHaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-homocisteinska hidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-homocistein + H2O L-homocistein + adenozin
Ovaj enzim sadrži jedan vezani NAD+ molekul po podjedinici.
