Ribonukleaza D (EC 3.1.13.5, RNaza D) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Eksonukleolitičko razlaganje kojim se uklanjaju ekstra ostataci sa 3'-terminusa tRNK i formiraju 5'-mononukleotidi
Za rad ovog enzima su neophodni dvovalentni katjoni (Mg2+, Mn2+ ili Co2+).
