Polinukleotid adenililtransferaza (EC 2.7.7.19, NTP polimeraza, RNK adenilatirajući enzim, AMP polinukleotidileksotransferaza, ATP-polinukleotid adenililtransferaza, ATP:polinukleotidileksotransferaza, poli(A) polimeraza, poli(A) sintetaza, poliadenilatna nukleotidiltransferaza, poliadenilatna polimeraza, poliadenilatna sintetaza, poliadenilno kiselinska polimeraza, poliadenilna polimeraza, terminalna riboadenilatna transferaza, poli(A) hidrolaza, RNK formirajući faktori, PF1, adenozin trifosfat:ribonukleinska kiselina adenililtransferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:polinukleotid adenililtransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim takođe u izvesnoj meri deluje sa CTP.
