Guanozin-3',5'-bis(difosfat) 3'-difosfataza (EC 3.1.7.2, guanozin-3',5'-bis(difosfat) 3'-pirofosfataza, PpGpp-3'-pirofosfohidrolaza, PpGpp fosfohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom guanozin-3',5'-bis(difosfat) 3'-difosfohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
