Pentahlorofenol monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.50, pentahlorofenolna dehlorinase, pentahlorofenolna dehalogenaza, pentahlorofenolna 4-monooksigenaza, PCP hidroksilaza, pentahlorofenolna hidroksilaza, PcpB, PCB 4-monooksigenaza, PCB4MO) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom pentahlorofenol,NADPH:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (hidroksilacija, dehlorinacija).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (1) pentahlorofenol + 2 NADPH + H+ + O2 2,3,5,6-tetrahlorohidrohinon + 2 NADP+ + hlorid +H2O
- (2) 2,3,5,6-tetrahlorofenol + NADPH + H+ + O2 2,3,5,6-tetrahlorohidrohinon + NADP+ +H2O
