- S-adenozil-L-metionin + citidin56 u tRNK S-adenozil-L-homocistein + 2'-O-metilcitidin56 u tRNK
Arhejski enzim specifično katalizuje S-adenozil-L-metionin zavisnu 2'-O-riboznu metilaciju citidina u poziciji 56 na tRNK transkriptima.
