Sin-kopalil-difosfatna sintaza (EC 5.5.1.14, OsCyc1, OsCPSsyn, syn-CPP sintaza, syn-kopalil difosfatna sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 9alfa-kopalil-difosfat lijaza (deciklizacija).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan jon Mn2+.
