FMN reduktaza (NADH) (EC 1.5.1.42, NADH-FMN reduktaza, NADH-zavisna FMN reduktaza, NADH:FMN oksidoreduktaza, NADH:flavin oksidoreduktaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom FMNH2:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- FMNH2 + NAD+ FMN + NADH + H+
Ova enzim često formira dvokomponentni sistem sa monooksigenazama. Za razliku od enzima EC 1.5.1.38, FMN reduktaze (NADPH), i EC 1.5.1.39, FMN reduktaze [NAD(P)H], ovaj enzim ima jaku preferenciju za NADH u odnosu na NADPH.
