Fosfonat dehidrogenaza (EC 1.20.1.1, NAD:fosfit oksidoreduktaza, fosfit dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom fosfonat:NAD+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- fosfonat + NAD+ +H2O fosfat + NADH + H+
NADP+ je slab substitut za NAD+ u enzimu iz Pseudomonas stutzeri WM88.
