IgA-specifična serinska endopeptidaza (EC 3.4.21.72, IgA proteaza, IgA proteinaza, IgA-specifična proteinaza, imunoglobulinska A proteaza, imunoglobulinska A proteinaza) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje molekula imunoglobulina A na pojedinim Pro- vezan u regionu šarke. Mali molekuli nisu supstrati
Varijante enzima iz različitih vrsta Gram-negativnih bakterija (Neisseria gonorrhoeae i Haemophilus influenzae) se u izvesnoj meri razlikuju u pogledu specifičnosti.
