Sulfit reduktaza (NADPH) (EC 1.8.1.2, sulfit (redukovani nikotinamid adenin dinukleotid fosfat) reduktaza, NADPH-sulfitna reduktaza, NADPH-zavisna sulfitna reduktaza, H2S-NADP oksidoreduktaza, sulfitna reduktaza (NADPH2)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom vodonik-sulfid:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- vodonik sulfid + 3 NADP+ + 3H2O sulfit + 3 NADPH + 3 H+
Ovaj enzim je gvozdeni flavoprotein (FAD i FMN).
