Živa(II) reduktaza (EC 1.16.1.1, živina reduktaza, merkurat(II) reduktaza, reduktaza živinog jona, merkuri reduktaza, redukovani NADP:živin jon oksidoreduktaza, mer A) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom Hg:NADP+ oksidoreduktaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hg + NADP+ + H+ Hg2+ + NADPH
Ovaj enzim je ditiolni protein.
