Trimerlizin II (EC 3.4.24.53, Trimeresurus metaloendopeptidaza II, proteinaza H2, H2-proteinaza) je enzim.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Razlaganje Asn3-Gln, His10-Leu i Ala14-Leu u lancu insulina B, i veze Z-Gly-Pro-Leu-Gly-Pro malim molekulima koji su supstrati mikrobne kolagenaze
Ova nehemoragična endopeptidaza je prisutna u venumu zmije Trimeresurus flavoviridis.
