Tubulinska GTPaza (EC 3.6.5.6) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom GTP fosfohidrolaza (oslovađanje mikrotubule).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

Ovaj enzim učestvuje u savijanju tubulina.
