Format dehidrogenaza-N (EC 1.1.5.6, Fdh-N, FdnGHI, format dehidrogenaza indukovana nitratom, formatna dehidrogenaza N, FDH-N, nitratom inducibilna Fdn, nitratom inducibilna formatna dehidrogenaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom format:hinon oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim sadrži molibdopterin-guaninske dinukleotide, pet [4Fe-4S] klastera i dve hem b grupe. Format dehidrogenaza-N oksiduje format u periplazmi, prenoseći electrone putem menahinona u citoplazmičnoj membrani do disimilatorne nitratne reduktaze (EC 1.7.5.1), koja prenosi electrone do nitrata u citoplazmi.
