FMN adenililtransferaza (EC 2.7.7.2, FAD pirofosforilaza, riboflavin mononukleotid adenililtransferaza, adenozin trifosfat-riboflavin mononukleotid transadenilaza, adenozin trifosfat-riboflavin mononukleotid transadenilaza, riboflavin adenin dinukleotid pirofosforilaza, riboflavin adenin dinukleotid adenililtransferaza, flavin adenin dinukleotid sintetaza, FADS) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:FMN adenililtransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Za rad ovog enzima je neophodan jon Mg2+. On je visoko specifičan za ATP kao donor fosfata.
