Galaktoza 1-dehidrogenaza (NADP+) (EC 1.1.1.120, D-galaktozna dehidrogenaza (NADP+)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom D-galaktoza:NADP+ 1-oksidoreduktaza.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- D-galaktoza + NADP+ D-galaktonolakton + NADPH + H+
Galaktozna 1-dehidrogenaza takođe deluje na L-arabinozu, 6-dezoksi- i 2-dezoksi-D-galaktozu.
