2-Halokiselinska dehalogenaza (invertovanje konfiguracije) (EC 3.8.1.10, 2-haloalkanoidno kiselinska dehalogenaza, 2-haloalkanoidno kiselinska halidohidrolaza, DL-2-halokiselinska dehalogenaza, DL-2-halokiselinska dehalogenaza (inverzija konfiguracije), DL-2-halokiselinska halidohidrolaza (inverzija konfiguracije), DL-DEXi, (R,S)-2-halokiselinska dehalogenaza (inverzija konfiguracije)) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (S)-2-halokiselina dehalogenaza (inverzija konfiguracije).[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- (1) (S)-2-halokiselina + H2O (R)-2-hidroksikiselina + halid
- (2) (R)-2-halokiselina + H2O (S)-2-hidroksikiselina + halid
Ovaj enzim dehalogenuje (S)- i (R)-2-haloalkanoinske kiseline do korespondirajućih (R)- i (S)-hidroksialkanoinskih kiselina.
