3a-hidroksisteroid dehidrogenaza (A-specifična) (EC 1.1.1.213, 3alfa-hidroksisteroid dehidrogenaza, AKR1C2, Akr1c9) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 3alfa-hidroksisteroid:NAD(P)+ 3-oksidoreduktaza (A-specifična).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- 3 alfa-hidroksisteroid + NAD(P)+ 3-oksosteroid + NAD(P)H + H+
Ovaj enzim deluje na više 3alfa-hidroksisteroida. Nije specifičan u pogledu NAD+ ili NADP+ (cf. EC 1.1.1.50, 3alfa-hidroksisteroid 3-dehidrogenaza, B-specifična).
