R-linaloolna sintaza (EC 4.2.3.26, (3R)-linaloolna sintaza, (-)-3R-linalool sintaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom geranil-difosfat difosfat-lijaza (formira (3R)-linalool).[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- geranil difosfat + H2O (3R)-linalool + difosfat
Geranil difosfat se ne može zameniti izopentenil difosfatom, dimetilalil difosfatom, farnezil difosfatom ili geranilgeranil difosfatom.
