Kopalil difosfatna sintaza (EC 5.5.1.12) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (+)-kopalil-difosfat lijaza (deciklizacija).[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- geranilgeranil difosfat (+)-kopalil difosfat
Kod nekih biljki, kao što je Salvia miltiorrhiza, ovaj enzim je monofunkcionalan.
