Wilella Sibert Cather (7. decembar, 1873[1] – 24. april, 1947) je ugledna američka spisateljica. Poznata je po prikazima američkog života u romanima O Pioneers!, My Ántonia i Death Comes for the Archbishop.

Datum Catherinog rođenja je potvrđen na temelju pisma od 24.1. 1874. u kojoj je otac spominje. Dok je radila u McClure's Magazineu, Cather je tvrdila da je rođena 1875. Nakon 1920. je tvrdila da je rođena 1876. godine, i taj datum se nalazi na njenom grobu u Jaffreyu.
