Treonin-fosfatna dekarboksilaza (EC 4.1.1.81, L-treonin-O-3-fosfat dekarboksilaza, CobD, L-treonin-O-3-fosfat karboksilijaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-treonin-O-3-fosfat karboksilijaza (formira (R)-1-aminopropan-2-il-fosfat).[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-treonin O-3-fosfat (R)-1-aminopropan-2-il fosfat + CO2
Ovaj enzim je piridoksal-fosfatni protein.
