Tiol S-metiltransferaza (EC 2.1.1.9, S-metiltransferaza, tiolna metiltransferaza, TMT) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom S-adenozil-L-metionin:tiol S-metiltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- S-adenozil-L-metionin + tiol S-adenozil-L-homocistein + metil tioetar
Akceptori su H2S i mnoštvo alkil, aril i heterocikličnih tiola i hidroksi tiola.
