Timidilat sintaza (FAD) (EC 2.1.1.148, Thy1, ThyX) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom 5,10-metilintetrahidrofolat,FADH2:dUMP C-metiltransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

5,10-metilintetrahidrofolat + dUMP + NADPH + H+ \rightleftharpoons dTMP + tetrahidrofolat + NADP+

Ovaj enzim sadrži FAD.
