Serinska peptidaza ekvinskog arterivirusa (EC 3.4.21.114, Equine arterivirus serine peptidase) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Presecanje (Glu/Gln)-(Gly/Ser/Ala) u translacionim produktima arterivirusne replikaze ORF1a i ORF1ab
U konjskom arterivirusu (EAV), gen replikaze se translira u otvorene okvire čitanja 1a (ORF1a) i ORF1ab poliproteina.
