Rufus McGarrigle Wainwright (22. jul 1973.-) je kanadsko-američki kantautor. Snimio je pet albuma originalne muzike, nekoliko EP-ova, te brojne pjesme koje se nalaze na kompilacijama i soundtrackovima za filmovima. On je sin Loudona Wainwrighta III i Kate McGarrigle, brat Marte Wainwright i polubrat Lucy Wainwright Roche.
