Roger Eugene Ailes (15. maj 1940 -) je američki poslovni čovjek poznat po tome što trenutno služi kao predjednik Fox News Channela i predsjedatelj Fox Television Stations Group. Prije toga je bio poznat kao medijski konzultant republikanskih predsjedničkih kandidata - Richarda Nixona, Ronalda Reagana i Georgea H. W. Busha, kao i Rudyja Giulianija prilikom njegovog prvog i bezuspješnog pokušaja da 1989. postane gradonačelnik New Yorka.
