Razgranati-dekstran ekso-1,2-alfa-glukozidaza (EC 3.2.1.115, dekstran 1,2-alfa-glukozidaza, dekstran alfa-1,2 odgranavajući enzim, 1,2-alfa-D-glukozil-razgranati-dekstran 2-glukohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom (1->2)-alfa-D-glukozil-razgranati-dekstran 2-glukohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- hidroliza (1->2)-alfa-D-glukozidnih veza u tačkama grananja dekstrana i srodnih polisaharida, čime se formira slobodna D-glukoza
Ovaj enzim ne hidrolizuje disaharide ili oligosaharide koji sadrže linearne 1,2-alfa-glukozidne veze.
