Dear Friends! Unfortunately I do not speak Srpskohrvatski / Српскохрватски and know only separate words. I'm Mokshan and I can assure you there are no Mordvins and they never existed. There are two separate ethnicities Mokshas and Erzyas (Karatais are actually an ethnographic group of Mokshas, Shokshas are considered an ethnographic group of Erzyas but it is disputed as many scientists regard them as a separate ethnicity, so-called Terjukhans are just Russified Erzyas who lived in Teryushevskaya volost of Nizhniy Novgorod gubernia). Mordvin language never existed, two literary languages with respective languge codes do exist: Mokshan (mdf) and Erzyan (myv). We are still beating around the bush with this issue in English wiki due to lack of English language sources on the subject, you can see long discussion regarding this here. I would like to ask you kindly to create separate articles "Mokshani" and "Erzyas" if you want to avoid creation of dead-end articles in future (I mean normally any article on an ethnic group is linked with its language arcticle, its history , etc). Existence of Srpskohrvatski / Српскохрватски article "Mokshas" is very important for Moksha wiki. English stub article "Mokshas" is still here awaiting for approval. Moksha wiki article is here. As to this article stub "Mordvini" I would suggest to keep it but with respective explanations and links to "Mokshas" and "Erzyas" (don't know correct names in Swedish) . Actually, decision is up to Srpskohrvatski / Српскохрватски wiki users/admins, so this is not an advise or request, just a proposal re correct articles creation. All Volga Finnish during Soviet rule were called 'mordvins'. Please help us to return back our good name. Thank you Numulunj pilgae
