Pikornain 2A (EC 3.4.22.29, pikornavirusna endopeptidaza 2A, poliovirusna proteaza 2A, rinovirusna proteaza 2A, 2A proteaza, 2A proteinaza, proteaza 2A, proteinaza 2Apro, pikornaviralna 2A proteinaza, Y-G proteinaza 2A, poliovirusna proteinaza 2A, poliovirusna proteaza 2Apro, pikornaviralna 2A proteinaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Selektivno razlaganje Tyr-Gly veze u pilornavirusnom poliproteinu
Ovaj enzim izražavaju entero-, rino-, afto- i kardiovirusi.
