Sir Peter Lely (14. septembar 1618 – 30. novembar 1680) bio je nizozemski slikar koji je karijeru proveo u Engleskoj, gdje je postao vodeći dvorski slikar, radeći za kralja Charlesa I, Olivera Cromwella i kralja Charlesa II. Poznat je po uvođenju tehnike mecotinte u englesko slikarstvo.
