N-acetilglukozamin-6-fosfatna deacetilaza (EC 3.5.1.25, acetilglukozamin fosfatna deacetilaza, acetilaminodezoksiglukozafosfatna acetilhidrolaza, 2-acetamido-2-dezoksi-„D“-glukoza-6-fosfat amidohidrolaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-acetil-D-glukozamin-6-fosfat amidohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N-acetil-D-glukozamin 6-fosfat + H2O D-glukozamin 6-fosfat + acetat
