N-acetilfosfatidiletanolamin-hidrolizujuća fosfolipaza D (EC 3.1.4.54, NAPE-PLD, anandamid-generišuća fosfolipaza D, N-acil fosfatidiletanolaminska fosfolipaza D, NAPE-hidrolizujuća fosfolipaza D) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom N-acetilfosfatidiletanolamin fosfatidohidrolaza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- N-acilfosfatidileetanolamin + H2O N-aciletanolamin + 1,2-diacilglicerol 3-fosfat
Ovaj enzim učestvujeu u biosintezi anandamida.
