Michael Stephen Steele (19. oktobar 1958 -) je SAD|američki republikanski političar koji se od 2009. nalazi na čelu Republikanskog nacionalnog odbora. Steele je prije toga od 2003. do 2007. služio kao viceguverner Marylanda, postavši prvi Afroamerikanac neposredno izabran na državnu funkciju u Marylandu. 1993. je bio među osnivačima Republikanskog savjeta za vodstvo (RLC), organizacije koja okuplja liberalne i umjerene republikance.
