Metilmalonil-KoA epimeraza (EC 5.1.99.1, metilmalonilna KoA racemaza, metilmalonil koenzim A racemaza, DL-metilmalonil-KoA racemaza, 2-metil-3-oksopropanoil-KoA 2-epimeraza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom metilmalonil-KoA 2-epimeraza.[1][2] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
