Metan monooksigenaza (EC 1.14.13.25, metanska hidroksilaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom metan,NAD(P)H:kiseonik oksidoreduktaza (hidroksilacija).[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
Ovaj enzim je rastvoran, u kontrastu sa enzimom, EC 1.14.18.3.
