Likopenska beta-ciklaza (EC 5.5.1.19, CrtL, CrtL-b, CrtY) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom karotenoid beta-krajnja grupa lijaza (deciklizacija).[1][2][3][4][5][6] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- karotenoid psi-krajnja grupa karotenoid beta-krajnja grupa
Za dejstvo ovog enzima je neophodan NAD(P)H.
