Leuciltransferaza (EC 2.3.2.6, leucil, fenilalanin-tRNK-protein transferaza, leucil-fenilalanin-transfer ribonukleat-proteinska aminoaciltransferaza, leucil-fenilalanin-transfer ribonukleat-proteinska transferaza) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom L-leucil-tRNK:protein leuciltransferaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- L-leucil-tRNK + protein tRNK + L-leucil-protein
Ova enzim takođe prenosi fenilalanilne grupe.
