Komplementni faktor I (EC 3.4.21.45, komplementno komponentni C3b inaktivator, C3b inaktivator, C3b/C4b inaktivator, C3bINA, komplementni C3b/C4b inaktivator, komplementni C4b inaktivator, konglutinogen-aktivirajući faktor C, komplementni C3b inaktivator, faktor I, komplement C4bi) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Inaktivatcija proteolitičkim razlaganjem komplementnih potkomponenti C3b, iC3b i C4b
Za odvajanje komplementne potkomponente C3b je neophodno njeno vezivanje za kofaktor faktor H ili komplementni receptor CR1.
