Klostripain (EC 3.4.22.8, klostridiopeptidaza B, Clostridium histolyticum proteinaza B, alfa-klostridipain, klostridiopeptidaza) je enzim.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Preferentno razlaganje: Arg-, uklučujući Arg-Pro, ali ne i Lys-
Ovaj enzim je izolovan iz bakterije Clostridium histolyticum.
