Karen "Kathy" Acker (née Alexander) (18.4. 1947 – 30.11. 1997) bila je američka spisateljica eksperimentalnih romana, dramatičarka, esejistica i seks-pozitivna feministkinja. Smatrala se jednom od vodećih eksperimentalnih pisaca svoje generacije, a na njen opus su značajno utjecali Black Mountain School, William Burroughs, David Antin i francuska kritička teorija, filozofija i pornografija.
