Jianzhi Sengcan (kineski: 僧璨) (died 606) (Wade-Giles: Chien-chih Seng-ts'an; japanski: Kanchi Sosan) je kineski budistički vođa poznat kao Treći patrijarh Chán škole nakon Bodhidharme i trideseti patrijarh nakon Siddhārthe Gautama Buddhe.
Smatra se darmičkim nasljednikom drugom kineskog patrijarha Dazu Huikea (大祖慧可, Wade-Giles: Ta-tsu Hui-k’o, japanski: Taiso Eka). Sengcan je najpoznatiji kao navodni autor znamenite Chán pjesme Xinxin Ming (W-G: Hsin-hsin Ming. Upisi vjere u umu, 信心銘).
